These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the AI Governance Hub platform and website operated by ITNextGen Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales.
By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
AI Governance Hub provides tools to help organisations prepare for AI governance and regulatory compliance requirements. This includes risk assessments, impact assessment documentation, compliance dashboards, evidence repositories, and regulatory guidance.
The platform is a preparation and readiness tool only. Nothing on the platform constitutes legal advice. We strongly recommend that organisations seek independent legal and regulatory advice as part of their compliance programmes.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of all content you upload or create within the platform (AI system records, assessments, documents, etc.).
By using the platform, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not use your content to train AI models or share it with third parties, except as required to operate the service (see our Privacy Policy).
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not infringe third-party rights and complies with applicable laws.
All platform software, design, frameworks, methodologies, and content (excluding your uploaded content) are the intellectual property of ITNextGen Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We may carry out maintenance, updates, or changes to the platform at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the platform. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes that affect your subscription.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by English law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via an in-platform notice with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
